Choose the right record holder

- For a potentially current county detainee or a county-held booking record, start with the Detention Center, Sheriff, or County FOIA contact.
- For a court case after booking, use the South Carolina Public Index and the Clerk or Bond Court. The Clerk is at 100 Church Street, Suite 6, and Bond Court is at 108 South Rudolph Street, both in Saluda, 864-445-4500.
- For a currently sentenced state prisoner, use the South Carolina Department of Corrections locator or its FOIA channel.
